The guarantee is given for a period of 3 months as from date of purchase
-
The guarantee is given only on the territory of the Republic of Poland
-
The guarantee is in force only with purchase evidence and guarantee form filled by authorized car service
-
The guarantee covers the crank ? piston system and the head; the guarantee does not cover any water and oil seals, minor devices and any regulations
-
The guarantor undertakes to replace the defective engine or gear ? box within 14 days from the date of reporting a defect. In case of lack of parts for replacement , the guarantor returns the amount of purchase to the purchaser

Guarantee does not cover engine or gear-box installation costs in other car service after noticing a damage

After a repair or an exchange, guarantee term starts from the beginning
TRIAL PERIOD

Parts purchased from Xedos s.c. are subject to seven-days trail period, set as from the date of purchase with the day of purchase inclusive

Parts are not subject to return, they can only be replaced in case a product defect has been found
-
Any return is possible only in the case of lack of parts for replacement and the possibility to deliver it within 5 days

The sold parts are marked by an employee with a guarantee seal

The replacement will take into account only parts having a guarantee seal intact
